Dr. Abigail M. Opong Tetteh

Abigail M. Opong Tetteh is currently the Resident Director of USAC in Ghana. She is an International Education Specialist with over 18 years’ experience in the Higher Education sector. She earned a PhD from University of Education, Winneba, Ghana and a Master’s degree from the University of Twente in The Netherlands.

Abigail’s research focuses on instructional technology in distance education, design of eLearning technologies for training and development, employee performance in job situations and educational technologies in teaching. She also has a strong interest in information communication technologies (ICTs) for development (ICT4D), ICTs in Education, Women in ICTs and ICT in local government.

Abigail is passionate about young people in society and has the desire to assist women and children in every possible way to empower them.
